Super Junior’s Shindong will be taking a break from activities for his health.
On August 12, a source from Super Junior’s agency Label SJ stated, “Shindong will be halting activities on broadcasted channels for the time being due to health reasons.”
When asked about his health, the source explained, “It’s a temporary symptom,” and “Shindong will rest well and focus on his recovery so that it does not affect Super Junior’s activities that are scheduled for the second half of the year.”
With this decision, Shindong will be stepping down from various programs such as Channel A’s “Eye Contact” and JTBC’s “Today’s Fortune” so that he can fully focus on his health. Super Junior is set to release their 9th full-length album later this year.
We wish Shindong all the best in his recovery!
